We are seeking a motivated and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams to drive client engagement and enhance the overall client experience.
• Assist in the development and execution of client-focused strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Qualifications:
