Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative – Marketing Driven Leads

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for making outbound prospecting calls to leads generated by our marketing team, with a primary focus on small to mid-sized businesses (SMB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to a list of marketing-generated leads, establishing initial contact to introduce our products/services.
• Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and how they can benefit SMB clients.
• Identify potential opportunities within the leads and qualify their interest in our solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and improve targeted campaigns.
• Track and report on call activity, lead outcomes, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting.
