Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction industry. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, contractors, and industry partners.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the construction sector. Utilize insights to shape sales strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and project execution.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
