Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement targeted marketing strategies that align with community goals and enhance outreach efforts.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members and community stakeholders, fostering an environment of learning and growth in marketing practices.
• Execution of Marketing Plans: Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
• Sales Efforts Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to integrate marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring cohesive efforts across both departments.
• Weekly Participation: Attend weekly meetings (in-person or virtual) to share insights, report progress, and collaborate with colleagues on ongoing projects.
