Job Description: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for efficiently executing all processes and tasks required to close sales within our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with community sales directors and regional sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing action plans tailored to each community and level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing action plans for all communities and care levels.
- Work collaboratively with community sales directors to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage promotional campaigns, advertising efforts, and other initiatives to drive community awareness and engagement.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist in training and supporting sales teams to maximize their effectiveness in closing sales.
- Foster positive relationships with potential clients and community partners to enhance visibility and promote offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or community service environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools to create impactful campaigns.
