Job description: On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure.   • Ignite Opportunities: Dive into inbound marketing campaigns and outbound strategies to uncover and qualify high-potential sales opportunities.
  • Connect with Purpose: Lead with impact by making 60 high-quality calls daily, supported by engaging emails and personalized LinkedIn InMails.
  • Build Lasting Connections: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, guiding prospects through discovery conversations and educational insights.
  • Be a Deal Maker: Set the stage for success by booking impactful demos and meetings with Account Executives.
  • Grow and Evolve: Continuously refine your approach by analyzing your calls, seeking feedback from peers and leaders, and adjusting strategies for peak performance.
  • Collaborate to Succeed: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to sharpen outreach strategies, enhance messaging, and maximize conversion rates.
  • Track and Celebrate Wins: Keep your pipeline strong by reporting weekly and monthly results, maintaining pristine lead data in a CRM.

What You Bring:

  • The desire to improve and be better each week than you were before
  • At least 12 months experience in sales. SaaS experience is an asset!
  • Familiarity with a goal driven, highly visible environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed KPIs, with a competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools like Outreach.io.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Ability to work remotely.
