Job description: to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Trainee Representative will work closely with established sales and marketing team members to learn about the company’s products, target market, and sales strategies. They will participate in hands-on training, shadowing experienced professionals, and attending sales meetings and training sessions. The Trainee Representative will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and assisting in the development of sales and marketing materials. As they gain experience and demonstrate their skills, they will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and eventually transition into a full-fledged sales or marketing role within the MSG.
