Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce AI Model Developer to enhance our organization’s use of native AI models leveraging data from Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that optimize our customer engagement strategies and streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain AI models within the Salesforce ecosystem using data from Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve decision-making processes.
• Monitor model performance and iterate to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on AI capabilities and best practices within Salesforce.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Python, or R, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Solid experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
