Experience in Salesforce Permission, features and queues.3. Worked on Salesforce cloud and service cloud, Classic and Lightining salesforce.4. Ability to write complex queries to perform data validation or setup test data, SQL queries and Oracle DB.5. Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing Artificats, QA best practices.6. Perform Risk Assessment analysis and provide recommendation for improvement.7. Had Extensive experience in Interacting with project stakeholders, business and vendorsand raising timely risk/reporting8. Experience in working on Agile methodology.9.
