The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance business processes using Salesforce.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Customize Salesforce fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process automation.
• Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other business systems.
• Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and data security settings.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users for efficient Salesforce utilization.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.), and security settings.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of data migration and ETL tools.
• Prior experience working in a software development agency or consultancy
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Expressed creativity, innovation, and thinking outside the box
