Kforce is seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our client’s dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will primarily focus on optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns (45% of your responsibilities) while collaborating closely with the broader digital marketing team and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to unify messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Ensure best practices in email marketing and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
