• Support Communication Lead to deliver and execute the communication plan and campaigns, in line with the teams Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Digital ambition.
• Build messages content to be shared through internal channels (Viva Engage, e-mail, etc.).
• Support Communication Lead in delivering strategic global events like quarterly Town Halls and Bionic Cafe.
• Work closely with GRA Communications network to ensure alignment of messages for all GRA units.
• Propose & develop innovative / impactful new ways of communications (videos, podcasts, etc.).
• Be a single point of contact / expert for Sharepoint activities within GRA
• Local role: help to develop a GRA community in Toronto and strengthen the engagement of the teams.

About you:

• Education: master’s degree in communication or equivalent (Business School).
• Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver communications campaigns.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Appetite for Digital and new tools.
• Collaborative, team player.
• Innovative mind, ability to think out of the box.
• Strategic thinker, at ease in international, complex organizations.
• Ability to build a network and relationships throughout the organization.
