What you’ll doPosition title: SAP iXp Intern – Demand Management & Events Coordination
Location: Toronto
Expected start date to end date: September 1, 2024 – August 30, 2025We are seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic team and assist in driving sales demand generation initiatives and coordinating marketing events. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a fast-paced environment.Sales Demand Generation

  • Assist in researching potential leads and prospects through various channels.
  • Support the development and execution of outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Help analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule appointments.

Marketing Events Coordination

  • Aid in the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.

General Support

  • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials, presentations, and content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Help maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and update prospect information.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing teams.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience or coursework related to sales, marketing, or event planning is a plus.
