Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing, Preconstruction, and Operations Coordinator to support our ongoing projects and facilitate communication across multiple departments. This pivotal role will ensure that all project information is accurately documented and disseminated, aiding in the seamless execution of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination:

    • Attend job site meetings to gather vital project updates and insights.
    • Document meeting minutes and action items for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    • Serve as a liaison between the marketing, preconstruction, and operations departments, ensuring alignment and efficient communication.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and presentations related to ongoing projects.
    • Support preconstruction efforts by compiling data and research to assist in project bidding and planning.
  3. Ongoing Project Management:

    • Maintain an up-to-date database of project information, including schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor project milestones and help identify potential risks or delays, recommending corrective actions to stakeholders.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve project processes and outcomes.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular reports on project status, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze communication styles and information flow between departments to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
