Job Description: Marketing and Operations Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Operations Coordinator to support our marketing, preconstruction, and operations departments. This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across projects, while also driving marketing initiatives that highlight our services and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services and projects.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.

Preconstruction Coordination:
- Support the preconstruction team by compiling essential project information and assisting in the review of project plans and specifications.
- Attend preconstruction meetings and document key discussions and action items.
- Maintain organized records of project-related documents and correspondence.

Operations Assistance:
- Attend job site meetings to gather project updates, assess progress, and facilitate communication between teams.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that operational workflows are efficient and effective.
- Document site conditions and issues, and report findings to relevant teams for further action.

Ongoing Project Oversight:
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to help ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
- Assist in the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.
