Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
– Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
– Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
– Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
– Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
