What will you do?

You will be part of the Canada Marketing team and work on one of the segments that focuses on residential projects.

The main responsibilities (but not limited to) include:

  • Conduct market channel research and mapping
  • Assist in preparing brochures and other collateral materials
  • Assist with coordination and preparation of events, seminars and speaking opportunities
  • Assist with coordination of in store merchandizing, digital promotions and campaigns
  • Conduct Psychographic customer survey

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • You’re working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A creative and innovative mindset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French beneficial

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the property
– Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
