Job description: Company: ClaimsPro LP – International Programs GroupAudit & Compliance Manager, Insurance – Full Time, Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)The International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third party claims administration team that provides claims services for Lloyds of London and domestic insurers. We want to provide our clients with the best possible claims service by making sure their interests are looked after by a team of professionals who understand the specific needs and technicalities of this market.Working with the Head of Claims, the Audit & Compliance Manager will help us achieve this goal by assisting to onboard new programs, create guidelines and perform file audits identifying gaps, and create training opportunities. Regular interaction with staff and clients is required.We have the ability to support a fully remote position though offices in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver (New Westminster) and we would prefer a hybrid work week.Role Requirements:

  • Must have Insurance claims handling experience
  • CIP, FCIP designation or equivalent
  • 5-10 years working within a claim’s environment
  • Multi-line experience

  • Experience developing and implementing action plans
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner
  • Intermediate computer skills word processing, spreadsheet, and claims management system

Responsibilities:

  • Complete due diligence requests by sourcing and obtaining necessary documents
  • Complete regular or specified reviews of electronic files measured against a set of performance indicators which are aligned with client-specific expectations
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts by creating guidelines as required to provide framework for examiners to work from.
  • Ensure new programs are onboarded into audit schedule
  • Monitor to ensure audit, special account instructions and other program specific details are linked to client requirements
  • Assist external auditors with completion of pre audit questionnaires
  • Identify training opportunities and help to create and deliver training as well as ongoing mentorship of staff
