With a heavy focus on acquiring and entrenching Youth, Students and Early Career segments, this role supports the bank’s ambitious customer growth goals, by translating sales and engagement targets into impactful, multi-channel customer programs. Working closely with stakeholders from product and strategy, you will support on go-to-market execution, collaborating with partners from core marketing, digital marketing, analytics and the channels.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Drive a customer focused culture throughout your team, leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge and using best in class, customer first strategiesCreate a clear vision for new customer acquisition, inclusive of mass and strategic customer segments and supported by clear acquisition, engagement (usage and cross-sell) and retention KPIsLead and oversee the design, flawless execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing programs in support of achieving target revenue and profitability objectives for the Retail Products Portfolio (Chequing, Savings, Credit Cards, Unsecured Lending and Insurance)Leverage research, past campaign performance, data insights and emerging customer trends to create programs and deliver high impact customer acquisition, onboarding and deepen customer relationships through needs based cross sell and engagement strategiesBe the lead on strategic go-to-market programs to capture new customer market share, aligning stakeholders on approach and working closely with partners across the bank to achieve seamless execution.Use both offline (branch and customer contact center) and digital (owned assets and paid) to create omnichannel customer experiences that provide broad coverage of customer segments and create a seamless customer journey into the bankSupport the bank’s ongoing focus towards customer centricity and personalization, working with product and strategy teams to ensure that product value propositions meet the needs to both mass customer segments and the strategic bank segmentsOptimize return of marketing dollars to achieve targets by performing necessary analysis, test/learn, creating sound business justification for targeted investmentDevelop and foster a high achieving motivated team through sustained leadership activities that encourage self-awareness and personal development and career development amongst the teamUnderstand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisionsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
