Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this Customer Service Representative role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Role:

– Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients
– Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
– Document all customer interactions in the database
– Follow up with clients and provide assistance as needed
– Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– High school diploma or equivalent
