Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in essential areas such as restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area. Additionally, you will participate in merchandise resets and planogram implementation, as well as assist with various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure that restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break areas are clean, organized, and stocked to meet company standards.
• Merchandise Resets: Assist in the execution of merchandise resets and planograms to ensure product displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, helping to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations and to foster a positive team culture.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
