Key Responsibilities:

Omni-channel Requests: Handle customer inquiries and requests seamlessly within the UA process and policy, ensuring a consistent experience across all digital platforms.

Brand Image & Customer Engagement: Uphold and enhance our brand image through strategic digital communications and customer interactions, fostering loyalty and trust.

Data Analysis & Feedback Implementation: Utilize customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve digital tools and user experiences.
