Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch cutting-edge digital products that meet customer needs and align with our brand vision.

• Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing essential resources and training on our digital tools to ensure they are equipped to engage customers effectively and drive conversions.

• Omni-Channel Management: Execute omni-channel requests in accordance with our User Agreement (UA) process and policy, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for customers across all platforms.

• Customer Engagement: Utilize digital channels to enhance brand image, foster customer relationships, and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement in our digital tools and customer experience strategy.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of digital products and tools.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a digital environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
