Key Responsibilities:

• Planograms: Develop and maintain visually appealing and effective planograms that align with Ulta Beauty’s brand standards and marketing strategies.

• Marketing Displays: Design and execute innovative in-store marketing displays that showcase new products and promotions, attracting customer attention and enhancing product visibility.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels, utilizing best practices for organization and presentation.

• Processing Shipments: Efficiently process shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology, ensuring timely and accurate placement of new arrivals on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in technology and software related to inventory management and planogram development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store teams while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
