Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Goals and Objectives Coordinator to lead the strategic planning and alignment of our regional initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with branch staff to establish clear regional goals and objectives while fostering a cohesive understanding of these targets throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goal Setting: Establish regional goals and objectives that align with the overall company strategy, ensuring they are actionable and measurable.

• Communication: Effectively communicate regional goals to branch staff, ensuring clarity and fostering a shared commitment to achieving targets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to capitalize on them, and ensure alignment of efforts across departments.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor progress toward regional goals, utilizing metrics to assess performance and make informed adjustments as necessary.

• Training & Development: Provide support and resources to branch staff, ensuring they are equipped to contribute to the accomplishment of regional objectives.

• Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from branch staff on regional initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly to drive success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a strategic planning or coordination role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
