Account Coordinator (Retail Client)
Contract | Hybrid – 3 days/week downtown TorontoWe’re partnering with a creative agency to find a confident and experienced Account Coordinator to support the accounts team with a major retail client relationship. This role is an exciting opportunity for an eager agency professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can support teams on a variety of projects, while being an exceptional communicator.About the Role:You’ll support the accounts team’s high-profile client relationship, liaising with the client, streamlining delivery of assets, and facilitating meetings.You’ll be providing hands-on support across a wide variety of creative projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional communications between the accounts team and the client
- Support in the delivery of creative assets
- Schedule meetings, send invites out, prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes during meetings, deliver summarized meeting notes to the accounts team that outlines clear action items for the team
Who We’re Looking For:An Account Coordinator or Marketing Coordinator * Agency experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized, with strong instincts for timing, delivery, and prioritization
- Able to manage feedback and communicate to client stakeholders with tact and clarity
- Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and finding solutions instead of communicating problems and expecting others to solve them
- Experience in retail is a bonus
- Print and digital production knowledge
