As part of the Simplii Digital team within the Direct Financial Services Capital Markets Division, you will work alongside Simplii’s Digital technology delivery team to build enhancements and deliver a best in class digital customer experience for the Simplii online and mobile banking platforms.Reporting into the Digital Analytics director, the Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team responsible for managing and implementing Adobe and Google Analytics frameworks for Digital Strategy initiatives and Digital Marketing campaigns. Supporting the Sr. Manager, you will provide insight and technical expertise to support Digital programs and initiatives and drive its implementation and enablement leveraging various tools such as 3rd Party Marketing Platforms, Adobe / Google Analytics SDKs and Adobe Launch Tag Manager. You will also lead efforts to stay abreast of Digital Analytics best practices and proactively drive the implementation of these best practices, in collaboration with various cross functional teams.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you’ll succeedStrategy And Analysis – Drive, manage and execute Digital Analytics initiatives, and realize efficiencies by leveraging existing Digital Analytics integrations as well as providing recommendations and best practices for new integrations. Use insights to develop and refine the collection of digital data (i.e.. Marketing Pixels/Adobe Analytics). Analyze and translate raw data from a variety of sources into performance metrics and extrapolate insights and learnings to enhance the client experience. Create and manage KPI reporting and dashboards.Technical Integrations – Manage and maintain data collection processes and assess the need for new integrations (i.e.. Ada)Tool Management – Manage and maintaining the implementation, and use of digital analytics tools and platforms (i.e.. Adobe Launch)Optimization – Monitor digital performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvementRelationship Building – Forge strong relationships with business and internal partners and stakeholders and ensure a smooth roll out of various Digital Analytics initiatives. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, IT, and sales, to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Simplii and Digital Analytics, Sales, Strategy and Technology to ensure timely and end to end enablement of Marketing and Technology initiatives across a wide array of enterprise platforms (.COM, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.).Who you areYou’re digitally savvy.
