Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Learning Specialist to join our team, focused on creating and managing communication materials, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and product demonstrations. This role will involve close collaboration with the marketing, UX, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain communication assets such as FAQs, onboarding guides, and product demos to facilitate user understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX, and product development, to ensure all materials align with brand messaging and user needs.
• Create scalable learning assets, including microlearning modules and self-serve content, to enhance user onboarding and ongoing education.
• Leverage digital platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), to distribute content and track user engagement.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve learning materials and address user pain points.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital learning and user experience to innovate and enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Marketing, Communications, or UX).
• Proven experience in creating learning materials and communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and content management systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across various teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
