Job Title: Communications and Learning Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective communication strategies and creating scalable learning assets such as onboarding guides, microlearning modules, and self-service content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, UX, and product teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage FAQs, communication briefs, and product demos to enhance user understanding and engagement.
• Partner with marketing, UX, and product teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Design and produce scalable learning assets, including onboarding guides and microlearning modules, to support various learning needs.
• Leverage digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to deliver, track, and optimize learning experiences.
• Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of content and learning materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in communications, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for making information accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
