Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our reach and effectiveness across multiple channels. You will work closely with Marketing, UX, and Product teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create comprehensive FAQs, engaging demos, and other communication materials that effectively address user needs and promote our products.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, UX, and Product, to ensure alignment on messaging and branding across all platforms.

• Learning Assets: Design and produce scalable learning resources such as onboarding guides, microlearning modules, and self-serve content that empower users and enhance their experience.

• Digital Platforms: Utilize digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to host and deliver training and learning materials effectively.

• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve communication materials and learning assets.

Requirements:

• Strong background in communications, content development, or a related field.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
