Job Description: Communication and Learning Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Communication and Learning Specialist to enhance our internal and external communication efforts. In this role, you will craft clear and comprehensive communications, including FAQs and demo content, while collaborating closely with our Marketing, UX, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frequently asked questions (FAQs) and demos to support our products and services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UX, and Product teams to align messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Create scalable learning assets, including onboarding guides, microlearning modules, and self-serve content, to enhance user experience and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Leverage digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to deliver engaging and accessible training materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning content based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our communication strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in communications, educational content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in using digital platforms and LMS for content delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to refine content and improve user experience.
