You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you’ll succeed
- Relationship Building- Working with the product, marketing and communication experts in CIBC Asset Management to understand their business priorities and upcoming initiatives. Identifying annual, quarterly and monthly themes that support CIBC Asset Management goals.
- Strategy & Implementation – Develop strategic communications plans in support of those priorities, initiatives and themes that give leaders and advisors the information they need to support clients with their investment solutions. Implement communications plans by working with colleagues in Wealth Digital, Marketing and Communications to have the necessary messages appear in newsletters, thought leadership pieces, events and digital content developed for advisors and clients. Support additional communications plans by working with colleagues in the Private Wealth, Imperial Service and Personal Banking National Offices to have the necessary messages appear in their channels to advisors.
- Analysis & Insight- Track the performance of communications plans, providing metrics to the business and measuring success against business objectives. Produce and support additional, stand-alone content when required in support of ad hoc requests from the CIBC Asset Management business.
- Process Alignment – Maintain the framework and distribution models for communicating CIBC Asset Management priorities to leaders, advisors and the business as you manage the capacity of messages through each channel and to each audience
