- Solve Complex Problems: Analyze and interpret customer behavior to drive product adoption and improve user engagement.
- Apply Advanced Analytics: Leverage quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to build models that guide product strategy and priorities.
- Build Machine Learning Pipelines: Design and implement ML pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support team members in developing ML-powered features for our Digital Customer Platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning solutions.
- ML Expertise: Proficiency in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Strong command of SQL/NoSQL databases, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming languages (Python preferred).
- Data Science Tools: Experience with tools like Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow, and machine learning techniques.
- Cloud & MLOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and familiarity with MLOps best practices.
