We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our client in the people tech space.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and connecting the brand’s design and visual identity to their target audience. This is a pivotal role where you will lead the charge in crafting and executing a refreshed brand vision that brings their corporate and employer brand to life across all channels.As the sole designer on the team, you will be a thinker and a doer-a trusted advisor who collaborates across departments to drive consistency, creativity, and innovation in all visual touchpoints. You will partner closely with Marketing and other key stakeholders to carry the brand vision forward and ensure that design aligns with the broader strategic goals.This role offers the opportunity to redefine our brand, build out brand guidelines, and lead creative initiatives that will have a lasting impact both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development:

  • Lead the evolution of our visual identity, creating a polished and professional brand presence that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Partner with leadership to craft and execute brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive omnichannel experience.
  • Serve as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

Design Expertise:

  • Oversee and execute design for digital (70%) and print (30%) channels, including website design, CRO initiatives, video, imagery, trade show booths, and print ads.
  • Test and iterate on creative concepts to ensure effectiveness and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Execute an impactful and professional B2B design aesthetic marrying innovation with strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to long-term brand visioning and rejuvenation efforts, aligning design initiatives with the company’s goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a creative partner to key departments, ensuring synergies between product, marketing, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, content, sales, and HR teams to produce high-quality creative assets.

The Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in design, with a track record of leading and executing brand initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design, with an emphasis on tech and/or B2B brands.
  • Mastery of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual identity systems, brand strategy, and user-centric design principles.
  • Experience with website design projects.
  • A thinker and a doer who is equally comfortable setting a vision and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
  • Strategic and collaborative, with a passion for elevating brands and driving innovation.
  • Curious, passionate, empathic designer who loves connecting design with people.
