The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities to optimize media campaign performance, product development, and process optimization. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will have extensive experience in analyzing digital media and building analytics and reporting to guide and steer marketing strategy. She/he must have a proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights in a fast paced environment with a wide range of stakeholders
She/he will work with the Customers Insights Director within the Marketing team and work closely with the Digital Marketing Team & Media agency
Responsibilities
Digital Measurement Framework & Implementation
- Design & implement appropriate digital measurement & attribution framework for
- Implement tags, goals, and audiences using Google Analytics 360 & Google Tag Manager
- Lead the data integration efforts between Ad platforms, Google Analytics, and Offline financial data to provide insights on path-to-conversion and ROAS
- Improve readiness of GoodFood’s digital optimization capabilities for the cookie-less environment.
Campaign & Site Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Develop a set of (automated) Digital dashboards to meet business requirements. Collaborate with Media agency partners and internal Digital Marketing teams to identify & communicate key performance drivers
- Conduct post campaign analysis to understand ROAS on all paid media channels and to identify opportunities for optimization
- Design & Implement A/B tests to improve campaign/landing page performances
- Measure the impact of various business parameter changes (e.g. pricing, merchandising) on conversion funnel/rate
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in digital analytics/measurement/implementation using GA360/GA4 and GTM
- Experience in building interactive dashboards using BI tools such as DataStudio and Looker
- Experience in supporting digital marketing teams to optimize channel mix and campaigns to maximize ROAS
- Solid understanding of different (and evolving) digital attribution methods
- Experience in integrating GA with other data sources to provide richer insights. Proficiency with SQL is a strong asset
- Experience in driving actionable insights using various digital analytics platforms & techniques (incl. Heat Mapping, A/B testing)
- Attuned with latest MarTech & digital analytics trends
- Strong problem-solving, consultative, communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
