Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

• Proposal Coordination: Lead the development of compelling proposals by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering necessary information, and ensuring timely submissions.

• Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services, including digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and content creation.

• Presentations: Design and deliver high-quality presentations tailored to client needs, effectively communicating our value propositions and project insights.

• Management of Discipline-Related Activities: Oversee and coordinate various activities across different disciplines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client communication, proposal development, and marketing.
