As a Senior Intake Analyst, you will analyze and coordinate content change requests and ensure marketing initiatives and essential changes are published on time. In this role you will be working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple initiatives at the same time, and leading the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle.At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.   • Communication – Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of businesses and teams within Digital. The ability to negotiate timelines and workload with stakeholders and resource teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Planning and Organizing – A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams. You are a prioritizing machine. When confronted with multiple competing perspectives, you are able to hone in on what has the most value at any given moment and reprioritize other deliverables.
  • Digital experience: Be digitally savvy with an inherent and keen interest in technology, ready to seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. Easily adapt to new tools and digital banking industry trends.
  • Interpersonal skills/Collaborative communication/Relationship building- Have excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and engagement skills both verbal and written. Have the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile, fast pace, multi-tasking, environment that is driven by SLAs and business needs.
