Job Title: Marketing & Strategy Stakeholder Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Strategy Stakeholder Manager to lead our efforts in aligning brand strategies for new initiatives that support cohesive long-term growth. In this role, you will facilitate collaboration among key stakeholders to ensure our marketing strategies are fully integrated and effectively executed across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product development teams to define and implement brand strategies for upcoming initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and stakeholder feedback to refine and optimize our approach to brand positioning and growth.
  • Develop and present comprehensive strategy proposals to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment on objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships that drive strategic alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA is strongly preferred, providing a solid foundation in strategic thinking and business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
