Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a HCP-Focused Sales Collaborator. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to leverage field feedback, guiding campaigns and shaping product roadmaps. The ideal candidate has experience in HCP-facing sales or managing HCP-facing platforms and possesses a background in overseeing multi-channel sales efforts, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside marketing and product development teams to provide insights from HCP (Healthcare Professional) interactions that will inform strategic campaign planning and product enhancements.
  • Feedback Utilization: Gather and synthesize feedback from the field to develop actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
  • Campaign Strategy: Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at HCPs, ensuring alignment with field feedback and market needs.
  • Sales Channel Management: Oversee multi-channel sales efforts, emphasizing digital solutions to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data and campaign performance, presenting findings to leadership to drive informed decision-making and adjustments to strategies.
