Job Description: HCP Sales Collaboration Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HCP Sales Collaboration Specialist to bridge the gap between our marketing and product teams. This role is pivotal in utilizing field feedback to inform campaigns and drive product roadmaps, ensuring our strategies align with healthcare professional (HCP) needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCP-facing sales or experience with platforms that engage HCPs, along with proven expertise in managing multi-channel sales efforts, particularly in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to gather and analyze field feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Campaign Development: Assist in developing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate value propositions to HCP audiences.
- Roadmap Influence: Provide guidance to product teams based on market needs and HCP feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Sales Strategy Optimization: Support the creation of multi-channel sales strategies, leveraging digital platforms to reach and engage HCPs effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine tactics and improve engagement outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between sales teams and cross-functional partners, fostering open communication and shared objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide resources and training to sales teams on effective engagement strategies with HCPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HCP-facing sales or experience working with HCP engagement platforms.
- Exceptional understanding of multi-channel sales strategies, especially in digital formats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
