This role ensures that all communications are aligned with the organizationalobjectives, foster a vibrant and inclusive culture and enhance employee engagement.Is this role right for you?   • Write clear, compelling communications for executives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s voice and strategic goals.
  • Develop and design executive decks, translating complex ideas into visually appealing and easily digestible presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate Town Hall meetings, managing logistics, agendas, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with technology communication teams to build and publish memos, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring seamless communication flow and timely dissemination of information.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and strategic communication efforts.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure effective and engaging communication throughout the organization, directly supporting our executives and enhancing our overall communication strategies.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong ability to create compelling and professional executive decks.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, particularly for large-scale corporate events.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
