Job Description
- Development and execution of digital acquisition strategies by partnering with product, marketing, digital marketing, risk etc.
- Identify the areas to win in the marketplace, simplify the process and enhance our campaign & offer execution; all underpinned by competitive benchmarking and performance optimization.
- Working with credit and risk partners to enhance credit strategies for digital acquisition.
- Focus on applicant quality, cost of acquisition, profitability and investment optimization.
- Monitor and report on strategy effectiveness and KPI outcomes relative to expectations including preparing executive level presentations.
- Ad Hoc duties/analysis as assigned.
Job Summary RBC Cards is one of the leading credit card businesses in Canada and is a strong contributor to Canadian Banking’s revenues and profits. The business has grown tremendously in the last five years, driven by our strong suite of Credit Card products and innovative marketing efforts.
The successful candidate for this role will be tasked with providing thought leadership and strategic oversight for the acquisition activities of Retail Credit Cards in our proprietary digital and external paid digital channels. As the Senior Manager, Retail Credit Cards Acquisition – Digital Channels, you will partner with product teams, be accountable for the successful execution and integration of business strategies across multiple key stakeholders, and be responsible for enhancing shareholder value creation through optimizing digital acquisition to drive growth and market share of retail credit cards. Specifically, you will contribute to the broader Cards business objectives and results through leveraging the optimal use of marketing investments, product and offer constructs, and credit strategy and market insights.
