The team has 4 levers – Digital Growth & Portfolio Management, Digital Adoption & Engagement, Personalization & Channel Enablement Strategy and Digital Performance. The Digital Growth team is responsible for ensuring the right mix of investment is made to grow digital sales, digital servicing and revenue. The team will partner enterprise-wide to identify initiatives impacting digital channel and support with business casing and prioritization.As the Senior Manager, Digital Growth Initiatives, you will be responsible for partnering with all digital stakeholders to capture all initiatives impacting the channel. You will help in the creation of a prioritization framework and provide business case support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to coordinate with stakeholders, have the ability to dig beyond the surface and have strong organization skills.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Collaborate with Product, Program Management, IT, Marketing and other stakeholders across Canadian Banking to maximize value and become a trusted partnerCreate a central repository of initiatives and help develop a prioritization modelLead in the development of change initiatives and contribute to the development of strategy, strategic priorities, and fiscal plan in collaboration with the senior management teamMaintain strong knowledge of overall group strategy and goals and assist in ensuring strategic alignment across businesses and alignment with Retail Customer scorecardChampion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledgeSupport Business Case development for assessment of each initiativeMonitor progress of digital channel performance growth initiativesUnderstand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisionsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
