Job Title Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Sale

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end creation of the digital sales journey for prospects looking to open a personal bank account.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the digital client experience and sales for personal bank accounts.
• Deliver strategic recommendations based on digital marketing best practices and digital sales data to key stakeholders and senior executives.
• Utilizing specific tools (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, DataStudio) and approaches to analyze digital marketing initiatives, such as conversion data, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
• Tracking and gathering data across multiple digital channels; structuring and combing the database of digital marketing.
• Operating A/B and multivariate testing, and providing feedback and recommendation to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Creating and delivering periodic dashboard report of digital marketing campaigns and the performance.

Job Summary Supports the business through analysis, reporting, segmentation, and expertise related to the digital marketing efforts. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
