Job Summary
RBC is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Product to drive the strategy and execution of digital distribution channels in retail banking, ensuring easy access to financial products. The position reports to the Director of Digital Product Management and offers a fast-paced environment with exposure to various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital product strategies for retail banking.
- Create presentation materials for senior executives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess digital initiatives and suggest optimizations.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis for emerging digital opportunities.
- Liaise with product, technology, risk/compliance, and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or product management in financial services or technology.
- Familiarity with digital business models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- High initiative and motivation.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in management consulting focusing on business strategy.
