Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations and Digital Transformations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing our IT operations and driving successful digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with service channel organizations and working closely with management, product development, product marketing, training, sales, presales, and enablement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support IT operations with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and performance improvements.
• Drive digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, product development, and marketing, to integrate IT solutions across the organization.
• Work closely with sales and presales teams to enhance technology offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs.
• Provide training and support to enable effective use of IT systems and processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Actively listen to team members and stakeholders to address concerns and incorporate feedback into operational strategies.

Qualifications:
