Job Title: Event Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of various events, including trade shows, technology seminars, and association meetings. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to ensure all events effectively promote our brand and meet our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, technology seminars, and association meetings from conception to completion.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance event visibility and attendee engagement.
• Communicate with engineering teams to gather insights and arrange product demonstrations and technical presentations as necessary.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures remain within financial guidelines.
• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record of organizing successful events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel for events.
