Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HCP-Facing Sales Collaboration Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to inform and shape campaigns and product roadmaps based on valuable field feedback from healthcare professionals (HCPs). Ideal candidates will bring a background in managing multi-channel sales efforts, including digital platforms, ensuring our initiatives resonate effectively with HCP audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and product teams to leverage insights from sales efforts and HCP interactions, shaping campaign strategies and product development.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from HCPs to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement in sales approaches and product offerings.
- Multi-Channel Sales Management: Design and oversee multi-channel sales initiatives that effectively engage HCPs through various platforms, including digital channels.
- Strategy Development: Assist in developing strategic plans that align sales efforts with organizational goals and market demands.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HCP-facing sales or working with platforms targeting healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel sales strategies and their application in a digital landscape.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance related to pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
