What will your typical day look like?
As a leader within the Advertising, Marketing and Commerce (AMC) team, you will be working on marketing transformation projects based on client needs and objectives. You will have the opportunity to work across industries and subject matters across the marketing function.
As a Senior Manager you will:
- Manage a diverse team of talented Consultants while coaching them to their highest potential
- Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies
- Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability
- Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor
- Contribute to practice growth and development
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who has:
- A passion around marketing and digitizing organizations to improve customer experience
- An understanding of the advertising landscape and different channels where messages are served across owned, earned and paid
- Post-graduate degree, preferably, but not limited to, Business, Commerce, or Marketing
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience within marketing strategy, digital marketing or marketing technology
- Strong grasp of digital marketing practices, tools, and applications
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
- Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
- Nice to have experience with client management or client service
- Experience leading and managing a team
