What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Positioning – Refine value propositions and craft an integrated brand story that resonates across web, social, and events.Digital & Social Media Marketing – Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, paid social, SEO/SEM) to grow qualified leads and community engagement.Content Leadership – Own the editorial calendar, oversee thought-leadership assets (articles, video, podcasts), and interact with a network of writers, designers, and freelancers.Growth & Performance Analytics – Track KPIs, leverage marketing-automation and CRM data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Launch & Campaign Management – Orchestrate recruitment launches, participate in webinars, and virtual in person global events that convert audience interest into purpose led leverage.Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with our global community to ensure brand consistency and a seamless client journey.What You Bring
5+ years in marketing management, brand strategy, or digital growth roles, preferably supporting success education and personal growth brands and or products.Proven success scaling social-first campaigns, building funnels, and optimising paid/organic channels.Hands-on expertise with MarTech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe, AI-powered content tools).Data-driven mindset and the ability to translate analytics into persuasive storytelling.Confident communicator who can coach executives on brand voice and thought leadership.Passion for continuous learning and human-centred growth (leadership, and growth mindset)Why Join Us

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and refine value propositions and a cohesive brand narrative across various platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Execute multi-channel campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to increase qualified leads and engagement.
- Content Leadership: Manage the editorial calendar and oversee thought-leadership content.
- Analytics: Monitor KPIs, use marketing automation and CRM data to derive actionable insights.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate recruitment launches and events to engage audiences.
- Collaboration: Work with global stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in marketing management, particularly in education or personal growth sectors.
- Proven success in social-first campaigns and marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in various marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in coaching executives on brand voice.
